My Crate is where you collect the records you would like us to find. You can review the titles and your preferences before starting a Hunt.

My Hunt is where you track a record search after submitting your request. You can follow its progress, review the copy we find, and choose whether to approve it or pass.

Yes. Where available, you can specify preferences such as an original pressing, an OBI, and the condition of the record and sleeve.

It depends on the rarity of the title and your requested conditions. Common titles may be found relatively quickly, while rare records or highly specific requests can take longer.

You will not be charged if we cannot find a copy that meets your requirements. You can choose to continue the Hunt, adjust your preferences, or end the request.

No. You can review the price, condition, and other details of the copy we find before choosing to approve it or pass.

Payment is processed after you approve a record we have found, in accordance with its purchasing status.

The buyer is generally responsible for any customs duties, VAT, sales tax, clearance fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.
